The PAT establishes an annual Action Plan blueprint to direct projects and initiatives related to fieldwork, phone and text banks; community outreach; research on national and state elected Republicans who represent Tompkins County; posting of e-blasts; coordination of volunteers and opportunities; voter registration, and writers. To broaden the scope of impact, representatives from the TCDC/Young Democrats, the Cornell University Dems, Ithaca College Dems, and a select group of advisors are on board.<h2>Other Teams/Committees</h2>TCDC also has internal committees for finance, fundraising, issues, technology, and youth outreach and recruitment. <h2>TCDC is the county-level organization of town, city and ward committees</h2>The committee’s foundation is the base of registered Democratic voters. Interested voters can join Town and Ward committees, which then unite to form the County Committee.
