Town of Enfield

Stephanie Redmond

Stephanie Redmond

candidate for town supervisor

As Enfield’s Town Supervisor, I’m proud of what we’ve accomplished together as a community. By securing $1.2 million in grants, we’ve implemented solar arrays to cut energy costs, constructed a new salt barn, begun the process of repairing the Bostwick Rd Culvert, and initiated beautification projects. Through the American Rescue Plan Act, we collectively invested $350,000 in upgrading town buildings, ensuring a backup generator for our Highway Department, and bolstering community support with $45,000 each for the Enfield Community Council, Food Pantry, and Fire District.

Focusing on sustainability, we’ve enacted a Water Protection Law, introduced a Food Scraps Drop-Off Program, and laid the groundwork for a future town park with Cornell Design Connects. Together, we are committed to responsible financial planning to protect taxpayer dollars. By seeking grants and investing in renewable energy, we aim to minimize tax increases, purchasing used equipment when practical.

Looking ahead, we’re pursuing infrastructure grants to repair the Rumsey Hill Bridge, upgrade the Town Hall, and construct equipment storage. For our community’s growth, we work on improving aging housing, developing a park and trail system, and exploring water access solutions. Together, we are building a brighter, more sustainable future for Enfield, one that reflects our commitment to community, innovation, and responsible stewardship.

Cassandra Hinkle

candidate for town board

I am running for re-election to the Enfield Town Board because I believe deeply in the strength of our community and the importance of responsive, transparent local government. Over the past four years, I have worked hard to ensure Enfield continues to be a place where families can thrive, our environment is protected, and residents’ voices are heard.

During my time on the board, I have helped secure a Little Free Library through the Indigenous Library Program, expanded access to public green spaces, and supported the creation of pollinator and food gardens that celebrate both our heritage and our future. I have chaired committees on sustainability, parks, and cemeteries, where I’ve collaborated with residents, youth, and local organizations to bring forward projects that reflect our shared values—such as the upcoming sculpture project and our community “Trash Talks” circular economy initiative.

I have also been a strong advocate for fiscal responsibility, for transparency in our decision-making, and for ensuring that Enfield has reliable emergency and public services.

With your support, I will continue building on this foundation—working toward a more connected, resilient, and welcoming Enfield for all.

Jude Lemke

candidate for town board

Jude Lemke brings over four decades of experience in business, law, and accounting to her role as Councilperson on the Enfield Town Board, where she has served since 2021. A licensed New York attorney and inactive CPA in California, Jude’s career has spanned private legal practice, public accounting, executive leadership in Fortune 500 companies, and service as a Senior Advisor to the U.S. Senate Finance Committee.

Since joining the Town Board, Jude has helped secure approximately $1.2 million in grant funding for critical infrastructure, including the Bostwick Culvert, renewable energy projects, and a new salt barn. She also championed the adoption of Enfield’s Water Protection Law, safeguarding the town’s aquifer for generations to come.

Jude is running for re-election to continue the progress made under her leadership — delivering results, protecting resources, and ensuring smart, sustainable growth for Enfield’s future.
