The TCDC Annual Wine & Cheese Spring fundraiser was held May 6 at the lovely Foundation of Light. Led by Events Committee Chair Susie Monagan, approximately 80 guests attended to enjoy delicious appetizers, sips of wine, and to socialize with friends and neighbors.

The purpose of this event is to raise funds to enable us to do our work in support of Democratic candidates in competitive races, voter registration, voter outreach and fostering civic engagement.

The Guest Speaker, Congressman Josh Riley, answered questions and elaborated how he has kept his campaign promises by focusing his legislative agenda on kitchen table issues, specifically targeting rising utility costs, corporate utility profits, and affordability for working families in Upstate New York.

At the close of the event, TCDC Chair Linda Hoffmann thanked Josh Riley and his campaign staff for attending our event and supporting us to reach our fundraising goals.
